Bread Dosa (ପାଉରୁଟି ଦୋସା)

  • 10 Bread(white) slices (ପାଉରୁଟି ଦୋସା)
  • 1/2 cup sooji/semolina (ସୁଜି)
  • 2 tsp curd (ଦହି)
  • 1 tsp rice flour (ଚାଉଳ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • 1 inch ginger(chopped) (ଅଦା)
  • 4 green chillies(finely chopped)
  • 8 -10 curry leaves
  • salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
  • Oil (ତେଲ)
  • Cut the edges of breads.sprinkle 1/2 cup of water on bread.
  • Grind  sooji, curd, rice flour, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to  make dosa batter (adding a little water).
  • Add bread and water, and again grind it to make smooth paste.
  • Add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a tawa, pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently,make it little thin.
  • Add oil all around and cook on both sides and remove from the tawa. 
  • Bread dosa is ready now and serve hot with tamato catchup.
