Egg Paratha(ଅଣ୍ଡା ପରଟା)

  • wheat flour- 2 cups(ଅଟା)
  •  water- 1/2 cup (ପାଣି)
  •  ghee or oil- 2 tsp (ତେଲ)
  • eggs- 3 (ଅଣ୍ଡା)
  • onion, chopped finely- 2 (ପିଆଜ)
  • green chili, chopped finely- 2
  • coriander leaves (chopped)- 2tsp (ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
  • ginger, chopped finely - 1/2 inch (ଅଦା)
  • salt- to taste (ଲୁଣ)
  • Beat eggs in a bowl and add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.
  • Season with salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Now roll out a chapati.
  • Heat the griddle and roast one side of the chapatti lightly, before flipping it over.
  • Pour 3 tsp of the egg mixture on half the chapatti and roll the other half over.
  • Fry with a little oil.
  • Serve egg parathas with tomato ketchup.
