Fish Egg Pakoda (ମାଛ ଅଣ୍ଡା ବରା)


  • 250 gms of fish eggs (ମାଛ ଅଣ୍ଡା)
  • 1/2 tsp of ginger, garlic  paste (ଅଦା, ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder (ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder
  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped (ପିଆଜ)
  • chopped coriander leaves (ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
  • 1/2 cup of chick pea powder (ବେସନ)
  • salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
  • oil for frying (ତେଲ)


  • Mix all the ingredients except the oil. 
  • Heat oil in a fry pan. 
  • Take one tbsp of the paste for 1 pakora at a time and deep fry till it becomes brown in colour.
  • You can have it as snacks.
