Mutton masala fry or Mansha kasha is most delicious Indian recipe.This dish takes more time to cook .That's why I am using Pressure cooker.You can have this Mutton Kasha with Paratha,Roti or Rice as a side dish.

Ingredients:


  • Mutton - 500 grm
  • Onion Paste - 2 medium
  • Ginger paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Meat Masala - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Bayleaf - 1
  • Cinnamom stick - 1/2 inch
  • Cadamom - 1
  • Mustard Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Garam Masala powder :

  • Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
  • Green Cardamom - 2 

Method:

  • Dry roast the Cinnamon & Cardamom to make garam masala powder & keep a side.
  • Heat 3-4 tbsp of mustard Oil .
  • Put bayleaf,cardamom & Cinnamon in to the pan.
  • When aroma coming,put Onion paste and saute it for couple of mins on medium flame.
  • Then put Garlic paste and ginger paste and saute it for 1 min.
  • Mix all the masala &Saute it for 3-4 mins on medium flame to avoid masala raw smell.
  • Add Salt,Turmeric and red chilli powder;mix well and saute it for couple of mins.
  • Cover the lid & cook for 1 mins on low flame so that Masala cooked well.
  • If required aaa 1/2 cup of watre to cook masala.
  • Add coriander powder & mix well.
  • Cover the lid & let it cook on low flame till masala cooked well(keep stiring in-between).
  • Open the lid & saute well.
  • Finally add mutton to the pan and saute it for couple of mins.
  • Then add mutton masala and mix well.
  • Cover the lid & cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
  • Open the lid & mix well.
  • Then add ghee to get more flavour and mix well.
  • Then transfer to the pressure cooker and cook on low flame for 1 whistle and release the gar naturally.
  • Open the lid & pour in to the pan.
  • Finally sprinkle garam masala powder and saute it till masala became dry.
  • Serve hot with Paratha.
