lady finger Fry (ଭେଣ୍ଡି ଭଜା)

  • Bhindi(Lady Fingure) - 250 g (ଭେଣ୍ଡି)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
  • Onion(cube size) - 1 medium
  • Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
  • Dry Chilli/Green Chilli - 2
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
  • Wash and dry the bhindi and cut it into small round pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan,put mustard seeds,red chilli,once its cracking put the bhindi pieces  and fry till bhindi become crisp.
  • Once they get fried, add Onion, salt and chilli powder and saute it for 3-4 mins.
  • Let it cool,then add lime juice,red chilli powder and salt.Mix well.
  • Serve hot as a side dish with rice.
